Call Processing System

This project represents the investigation into the interactions within an operation which processes incoming phone calls. Specific components considered are Call Rate, Resources, Call Wait, and Call Processing Time.

Often it's far easier to start the development of a thought than it is to finish it, though I seldom throw things away. I never know when they might come in handy in the future. It is what it is.
